Kondinin Information Services Pty Ltd (ACN 133 413 920) (ABN 72 133 413 920) (“Kondinin Group”) has been provided with funding from the Australian Government. The project is part of the Carbon Farming Futures Extension and Outreach Program, a program that is delivered through the Australian Department of Agriculture.
Collection of information and its disclosure
The project collects information about participants’ and their workshop activities and will be given to the Australian Department of Agriculture. It will also be used by us to deliver a quality service to you and inform improvement to our services.
Information privacy
We collect and handle information on the basis it is lawful and by fair means, and in compliance with 10 National Privacy Principles contained in schedule 3 of the Privacy Act 1988.
When you express interest in or register for a workshop, we will collect certain information about you such as your name, business, address and contact details such as telephone and facsimile numbers, email address, other information you choose to disclose to us; and when you complete a survey form.
We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You may ask to see your information record at any time.
Warrants
Information that we collect from you in the project will not be used by us for direct marketing or in connection with your personal, family or household affairs.
Internet security
There are security risks associated with the use of the internet. Unauthorised third parties may view or alter the personal information that you send to us or information we may send to you. The equipment that you use to access the internet can be damaged. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by use of the internet.
